Access
- You can sign up free with a Google account, or be invited by an administrator. For higher limits, write to haritms87@gmail.com.
- Sign-up is for business use only. By signing up you confirm the details you give are true, and you become the administrator of the project you create and responsible for who you add to it.
- You must be 18 or over and authorised to act for the business you use the app for.
- Keep your email account secure: login codes are sent there. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.
- Administrators decide who can see and change what in each project. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Your data and your business's data
You (or your business) own the records you enter. For data about your vendors, payees, labour and customers, your business is the data fiduciary and we are its processor under the Data Processing terms, which form part of these terms. You confirm you have the right to enter that data and have given the people concerned any notice the law requires. How we handle personal data is in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- upload anything unlawful, infringing, malicious (viruses, scripts) or that you have no right to share;
- enter other people's personal data except what you need for the project;
- try to get into projects, accounts or data you were not given access to, or test, scan or overload the service;
- share share-links or login codes with people who should not have them;
- use the app to defraud, harass or deceive anyone, or to falsify accounts or bills.
AI-read data
Amounts and details read from bills by AI can be wrong. They are marked for review; check them before paying. You are responsible for payments you make.
Service and fees
The app is currently provided without charge, as is and as available. We may change or stop features, and will give reasonable notice before stopping the service so you can export your data.
Free-plan limits apply to self-signed-up accounts: by default up to 3 projects, 50 bill uploads, 50 AI categorisations and 30 AI bill reads a month, 20 notification emails a day and 200 MB of files. There is also an overall daily limit on AI use across the service. When a limit is reached, the affected feature pauses (you can still enter bills by hand) until it resets. We may change these limits, and may suspend accounts that abuse the service, for example by creating many accounts or uploading unrelated files.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or payments made on incorrect data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim (currently nil). Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending use
You can stop at any time and delete your account from Privacy & data. Administrators can export a project's data before leaving.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [TO BE PROVIDED BY OWNER] have exclusive jurisdiction. Please try our grievance process first.
Changes
When these terms change we update the version above and ask you to accept them again at your next sign-in.
